You will see nine divisions comprised of 591 sailors participating in their graduation ceremony and soon joined the most powerful Navy in the world. Please draw your attention to the unit position at the center death. There is a commander and staff. The review commander is responsible for conducting the graduation ceremony. Today is where the commander is apprentice Rodney from Long beach California. Let’s give him a hand folks performing today is the triple threat unit on their eight week of training, The State Flags Unit on their ninth week of training and the staff unit on their 10th and final week of training. These units are comprised entirely of recruits During their time of arrival, recruits are placed into divisions of 88 personnel and assigned Division Commanders, recruit division commanders, recruit training and our key individuals in the life of every division commanders must serve as counsel, disciplinarians, administrators and military leaders. Above all, they must show themselves as outstanding examples of military barrier, appearance, attitude and behavior. Each division also has a recruit Chief Petty Officer. This senior recruits supervises the divisional staff positions and leads the division in the absence of their division commanders. Now, ladies and gentlemen, it is my pleasure to introduce the grid divisions, their division commanders and recruit as I introduce each division and they will raise the competitive flags that they have learned throughout their training. These flags are carriers, a visible symbol of the division success. Each flag indicates that your sailors individually and as teams met, performance standards and one more missionaries. A division that excels in every phase of training qualifies to the battle efficiency honor, division recognition and is awarded the battery on a flag for this. Exemplary achievement. Captain Melissa lobby, United States Navy. She entered the Navy Medical Service Corps in 2000 and three in 2000 and 13 she was hand selected to be the first woman psychologist in the naval special warfare community at the Naval Special Warfare Center for basic underwater demolition school. More commonly known as buds. Captain lobby serve multiple and multiple program manager roles at Naval Medical Center San Diego. In 2018 she became the first non position to be elected as the chairman of the Medical Executive Committee by the medical staff. Currently capital lobby is assigned to the Naval Service Training Command as a department head of human performance and the program manager of the Navy’s warrior toughness program.
