These new marines stand behind me. I want to personally thank you for all your love and support of them during their time here. President, vital to their success. You gave them the preparation and the foundation to enable them to overcome the many mental and physical challenges during their time here. And you also instill the courage and commitment to enable them to take those initial steps towards becoming a United States marine. No one knows more than you the time and dedication that it takes to transform a civilian into a marine and so I want to personally thank you for your many, many sacrifices that allows these drill instructors and officers or for ambition that is absolutely critical to our national security and our rain core.
