180th Fighter Wing Change of Command


Colonel Michael DiDio assumed command of the 180th Fighter Wing during a ceremony 16 November, 2019. Brigadier General James Camp presided over the ceremony, officially relinquishing command from former commander Colonel Kevin Doyle.

Colonel Michael DiDio assumed Command of the 180th Fighter Wing during a ceremony on November 16th.

To the men of 180th Fighter Wing, I am proud and humbled to serve you as your Commander. I look forward to serving with you, serving for you, and providing you an environment which lets your proven ability, ingenuity, and talent continue to make the 180th Fighter Wing so great.

The ceremony, presided over by Brigadier General James Camp, officially relinquished Command from Colonel Kevin Doyle, making Colonel DiDio the 16th Commander of the 180th Fighter Wing.

With your experience in the Operations Group and the knowledge of the Air Force and Air National Guard, you and your Leadership Team are gonna take the Wing to new heights.
