[Ann] At this time, it is my distinct pleasure to present to you Captain J.C. Nicholson.

I have always strived to do my best every day to honor the privilege of leadership of these two fine teams and be worthy of the trust you placed in me. Thank you for the opportunity of a lifetime that I will cherish forever. Captain Ramirez, I am ready to be relieved.

[Dale] Captain Nicholson, I am ready to relieve you, sir. You stand relieved.

[Ann] It is my pleasure to honor and introduce to you the new commanding officer Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Guantanamo Bay, Director at U.S. Naval Hospital Guantanamo Bay, and Commander of Joint Medical Group Guantanamo Bay, Captain Dale D. Ramirez, Nurse Corps, United States Navy.

And in closing, I’d like to say to the XO and to the Dep Com, carry out the plan of the day with passion and endless compassion. Hooyah! (audience applauds)
