Above all, they must show themselves as outstanding examples of military barren appearance, attitude and behavior. Each division also has a recruit Chief Petty officer. This senior recruits supervising the divisional staff positions and least division and the absence other division commanders. I’m Captain Justin the commanding officer of the recruit training command. I’m pleased to welcome the family and friends to our graduation ceremony and look forward to sharing this momentous occasion with everyone. Also with us today is a reviewing officer, Captain Francis P. Brown, Director of Operations. Navy Service Training Command. While we restricted in occupancy. It is important that you are here today to celebrate your sailors significant milestone. Your support during these unprecedented times has helped us to complete the mission of transforming civilians into sailors while operating in a safe environment to help ensure complete readiness. I cannot thank you enough for your continued support and I’m sure your sailors are grateful for your encouragement throughout the train. I would also like to welcome all the veterans in our audience for their service to our country with all of our veterans. Please stand and give you a round of applause. Mhm. Division 916 graduates today there’s a staff unit providing staff under guard, recruit review commander adjutant and support the ceremony. Yeah, this is where our Navy heritage meets the future and where these young men and women enter the profession of arms. The staff of training Command are dedicated to providing the United States Navy would basically train physically fit and smartly disciplined sailors such as those standing before this morning. These sailors have successfully completed eight weeks of demanding recruit training. They have recently demonstrated their knowledge and their courage during battle stations, recruiting training commands, capstone events. They have heard the right to wear the uniform recognized throughout the world as a symbol of freedom. They and others like them serves as the bedrock of our naval forces. They will join other sailors around the world to give our Navy its combat edge and a plus to help keep this nation secure. This training group is ready to graduate and served in the world’s most powerful Native Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you 454 of the newest and sharpest sailors in the United States. Ghost recruit training remains competitive system among individual recruits and divisions promotes teamwork, attention to detail and pride and accomplishment. Divisions performing above centers throughout their training are awarded recognition. Flags in five vision areas, academic achievement, military drill compartment readiness, applications and physical fitness. These flags are created as a visible symbol of business success. Each flag indicates the year sailors individually sts men performance standards in one or more mission areas. A division that excels in every phase of training qualifies the battle efficiency honor division recognition and is awarded the battle flag for this example of achievement. Division 6-6. The Military Officers Association Leadership Award is presented to Airman Oswald Small Division 65 from ST Ann Jamaica for demonstrating exceptional tenacity and professionalism. Seaman Caden Fischer division 6 to 7 from Middletown Maryland is the recipient of the Navy Club of the United States of America Military Excellence Award for best exemplifying the qualities of enthusiasm, devotion to duty. I have the distinct pleasure this morning of introducing a reviewing officer. Captain Francis Frankie Brown, Director of Operations, Naval Service Training Committee. A native of Hancock New York, he was commissioned in 2006 from the College of Holy Cross in Worchester Massachusetts. Captain Brown’s first operation tour preserved on board the USS George Washington. As electronic warfare division officer. He was subsequently selected from Little transfer into the human resources community and has served in roles involving recruiting, training, manpower and development. Also. He was assigned to the USS Johnson status as a ship’s training officer ashore. Captain Brown served as an enlisted programs Officer, Navy recruit training command district, New England Deputy one and one Naval War College. And as director of officer candidate school and executive Officer of Officer training command, Newport Rhode Island. Good morning and welcome to all the families of France that have joined us here Recruit training command and sincere well wishes go out to those that are watching today’s graduation ceremony online. It is a tremendous privilege for me to be here with me today as we welcome these 454 new sailors into the world’s finest name. I briefly served recruit training command as an assistant ship’s officer in the summer of 2000. Brand new to our service at that time and it truly drives home. How fast time marches on and how much do you need to make the most out of each and every day we are given as an honor to serve as a reviewing officer over 21 years later today to the families and friends of these sailors, you have played a vital role in helping to shape them into a person who chose to serve their country and who was a sailor, understands the Navy’s core values, honor, courage and commitment. During these past eight plus weeks, you have tirelessly supported them and it is through the unwavering support of our families that we maintain a culture of excellence and hone our warfighting ethos. Your sales will continue to rely on your love and support wherever the navy takes them families today. You also become part of our Navy family. Welcome aboard to the recruit training command staff ship’s officers, recruit division commanders, instructors and staff. You have taken on the unique and honorable challenge of shaping recruits into the world’s finest sailors, maintaining the Navy’s high standards. And I’d like to personally thank you for your dedication to this important mission. You have been entrusted with maintaining a professional and safe training environment and you performed in an outstanding manner through many long days and nights. You put service above self put simply today’s ceremony and the addition of these outstanding new sailors to our Navy ranks would not have been possible without your efforts.
