I grew up in Ghana in West Africa, and the whole aim for us moving was to seek better opportunities in the U.S. and a better way of living, better way of life. It’s different working with your brother in the same unit. I mean, I feel like it’s brought us together, though, ’cause we’ve been on so many TDYs, and we deployed together, so it’s like, we get to spend more time together. So, it’s brought us closer.

I thought it was a great opportunity, and I’m doing my best to chase my dreams of being in the Air Force, and then just to do my best with my brother by my side. You know, it just makes it a whole lot easier, and just to enjoy the life we live right now. Like, we all come out here in the weekends to work, but everybody has a very different job on the outside. Some of us are students, some of us have CEO jobs, and other people have just random, different jobs, and all these experiences that they bring to the table, it makes it fun, you know? It helps you put the whole world in perspective.

[Kwesi] So I really like that part of the Air Force ’cause you get to relay with people from all over the world and all over the U.S. [Kobby] You know, it’s nice to know somebody has your back, regardless of wherever you go. We just bring the best out of each other.
