Team CNO Richardson here with my wife Dana and as we hand over the watch and leave naval service, we just wanna take this opportunity to tell you how grateful we are and what an honor and a privilege it has been to serve with you.

It has been awesome, the last 37 years we’ve had 22 moves, five kids and the memories of moving around and of all the different places we’ve been the memories that you’ve helped make for us.

You are definitely the most decisive naval force ever to exist on the planet and that is because of you. All of you sailors, the whole Navy team and you do your business not only decisively and definitively but also in a way that’s honorable and glorious and so we wanna wish you fair winds, following seas and Godspeed to all of you.
