Well, we are ever changing. You’ve heard the trigger words of being agile and you can’t go out on the field and be away from it for a couple years and have research be the same. I got my PhD six years ago and my research is OBE at this point, but what it does, is it helps to fill a gap in that research and then advance the ball further down the field and so, the more that we can prepare folks here, with an educational foundation, the more critical thinking skills that they’ll gain in the Operational Air Force and more connections that they can make and together I think we get a lot of people with those type of skills and it can really help advance technology and help prepare our force, make sure that safety is in place for all the amazing things that airmen get to do. And, all of that creates an environment to prepare not only themselves, and their professional growth, but also those that are following in their footsteps. And that’s Air University.
