The Observer Controller Trainer (OC-T) team from Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) plays an important role in the success of Combined Resolve XII. Their main focus is to provide feedback during the events to ensure that every procedure is being conducted properly.

Combined Resolve XII, we’re here to train with the original Armed Forces Brigade who’s here currently in Europe and partner with our NATO partners and Allies to do both a live-fire training event as well as a Force-on-Force exercise at Grafenwoehrs.
Currently we are doing a live-fire exercise that is to allow the brigade to manoeuvre and fire all the vehicles in their formation. My role as a OC-T is to follow around the company 1st. Sgt. and assess how he is handling casualties, recovery and consolidation and re-arming of his company.
Combined Resolve helps them to get a chance to work alongside some units and some other nations that they may have not been able to partner with and just understand in the ways that each other work and ultimately develop some TTP’s and best practices.
