The reason I joined the Army in general, was because at least one member in every generation of both sides of my family joined the Army. And ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to carry on that tradition and when I got the chance I took it. And now I’m the first female in my family to join the Army. No matter what your MOS, you’re still ready for combat because one wrong move could get somebody killed. If you’re a paralegal, or if you’re an infantryman, it’s important to keep on top of our game in the office, as well as, out in the field. Don’t set boundaries for yourself, don’t, when you get to a roadblock try and push through as best you can and if you fail, just get right back up again and keep going, keep pushing through. Be resilient, and have your battle buddy’s back and they’ll have yours.
