The purpose of the training is we have the Drexel and Green Valley Fire Department and they are out doing some training for their academies to actually be firefighters with Drexel and Green Valley. And the purpose of the training is to get them in a live fire, to see how the fire acts. Some enjoy training with us, and then so we can all create that continuity, if we have to mutual aid with them or whatnot on the outside. So obviously you want to get that fire out, get that real fire in there, so they can get that good quality training in to really see how that fire is going to act, what they need to do when they’re inside the building, and how to work with each other while they’re in there. It’s great working with the different departments, being able to learn from each other and grow as firefighters, being able to take that knowledge and share with each other, and that’s how we really grow and we learn.
